All around awful company. It's up to you to get most of the work. You spend all day just ripping people off be prepared to get in trouble if you have a kind heart. Be prepared to be told how to do your work by unskilled people who don't know the trade. The top engineers will get the cream of the work, you'll do all the small jobs and if they don't have any leads they will send you home, if you get work yourself you'll need to give them money. Quite simply you're better off working for the smaller company's with holiday and organisation than this. Terrible tools and you'll be expected to work wonders. Make sure you keep said tools at the end because you will not get the last month's money. They'll find anything to take it off you. Office staff are appalling will talk to you like chewing gum on the pavement you're just a nuisance to them. People do well because they are given the good leads. You'll have to put so much effort and work disgraceful hours to be in for a chance. If your a drainage engineer like I was, be prepared to do plumbing, massively under qualifying engineers just having a go at the customers expense.

Dont work here if you have a conscience

The only way your get far in this company is if you like ripping people off they encourage you to take as much time on jobs as possible. If you do the job in the first hour you get management swearing down the phone at you asking why it didn't take longer. Office dont stop ringing you even you are on holiday.

Happy to be spoken to like dirt by the owner of the company if you don't do work outside your contracted hours. the office staff have no backbone and are basically just minions for the owner who will just hire and fire people depending on how much substances are in his system that day. They will try anything to steal your wages and the schedulers all steal each others jobs that you have quoted for. All in all you can earn money if your prepared to break the law and cheat innocent people out of their hard earned money. so if you have morals....stay well clear
