Great place to work

Very nice place to work, friendly and helpful staff, management are fair and helpful. Fairly relaxed atmosphere. Generally well managed. Not too busy.

Pros

Free meals and drinks at occasions, christmas bonus

Cons

Sometimes staff in some offices take their time to call back

I had a good boss while working at Aspect. The people in the team are nice but I decided to leave as I wanted to have a change of job and move away from scaffolding.

Tell you you're on £32 an hour and then tell you that your job is an hour and a half away which is 3 hours journey plus you have to pay for your diesel had to go round and fix other engineers Bodge jobs office is all over the place probably not the best place to go to work unless you know someone in the office lot of backhanders going on

Energised and friendly working environment

Aspect are readily prepared to introduced you with qualitative projects to fully equipped you whilst working on different task loads. You get broaden support from different set of people especially they experienced teams who will guide you throughout and when handling difficult issues.

A good employer

While at aspect I earned very good money and enjoyed carrying out mainly reactive and emergancy work. the hardest part of the job was driving and parking in central london

removed old bathroom suites and installed new pipework and brand new bathroom suite, also done 1st and 2nd fix plumbing for kitchens which includes (gas)...
