How are the working hours at Aspens Charities?

    We offer a variety of shift and work patterns, to ensure that we are flexible and help provide our staff with a good work/life balance.

  • Long hours, got moaned at if you were a driver,and need a toilet/or break for 5 minutes. Activities for majority of the staff were "dependant on drives out", no initiative to do walks or alternate activities. Perhaps they should of got off their phones and been more engaging in activities.

  • Ok, more than average

  • I work 16 hours a week, but there are various work hours available to suit everyone
