Thanks for taking time to post a comment. We are working hard to ensure staff receive a living wage but are constrained by the public purse. We have put a management framework in place during 2020 which will provides managers with the right support and training, in turn this will ensure are staff are well supported. Throughout 2020 we implemented various ways to “speak” to our staff including charity wide calls, intranet and virtual visits, but we still have much to do. We would be keen to understand what you mean by paying all staff the same

  • Treat your staff with respect and pay them a decent living wage then you might hang on to the good ones!!
And when you visit speak to the support workers not just management if you really care

  • Review and supervise your managers

  • Talk to your staff

  • Appreciate you’re staff and pay them properly - don’t be financially sneaky and not pay for hours staff work hard! Also pay all staff the same as everyone is in different wages!
