Great to read the answer posted in April! Of course Aspens consists of many different services in different locations, but as a Charity, we certainly aim to be welcoming and inclusive to all. We hold monthly calls over Zoom so everyone can hear updates from Robbie, our CEO and other members of the Executive Team. Staff can also ask questions from any of the team too.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. As long as you show up and do your job, no one will have a problem. Management and HR are particularly great and as long as you are honest with them, they will go to great lengths to help you out. Obviously you can't please everyone.
