Working hours
I work from 6:30am to 5pm. I do not get paid for this. This has to stop. Set hours should be in-forced. More support and training with clients and BVAs. More Mobil chefs and CSAs

Terrible company
I worked for a school that got tuped over to aspens in Nottingham. A company that does not support, look after or fight for there staff when they are wrongly accused of something. After a 2 week investigation where I didn't hear from the management once to see how I was and cleared due to no evidence and the fact i didn't do what I was accused of I was told over a phone call that I had lost my job. The best aspens could offer was a job with far more distance to travel and less pay which was another kick in the teeth. The food they serve is of a poor standard if you follow there recipes , even worse value for money and portions that would be suitable to feed a 2 to 3 year old. I could only beg someone considering working for aspens to not do it and either work in a circus or stay unemployed. This company does not have your interests or your feelings at its core and will have you stitched up like a kipper than take responsibility for the poor excuse of a company they are trying to run

Fantastic term time hours to fit around family but minimum wage and no career progression opportunities. Not listened to by management, so constant problems and under staffing.
Catering Assistant in Buckinghamshire

Worst catering company
Never experienced anything like this company in all my years of working in school kitchens.Profit run. No consideration for children. Food is rubbish .Op’s team in this area are shocking !! Short staffed all the time, expected to go above and beyond with no rewards.
