This includes social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, an autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) and associated conditions. We also operate the first specialist school for children and young people with an autistic spectrum disorder and training institute in partnership with ADEK in the UAE. Our specialist services provide the highest quality of education and care in safe and nurturing environments in which children and young people aged 5 to 25 years can achieve the best possible outcomes.

Through our state-of-the-art wellbeing centres in the Middle East, we also deliver specialised and highly individualised care and support that transforms lives. Located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, our wellbeing centres provide specialist mental health treatment and additional services for adults and children within friendly, welcoming and modern environments. Our expert team support people on their journey to recovery and help to get their lives back on track.

Avoid, not worth the stress
Just don’t work here, when I started it was amazing. But when you stay here you come to realise that there is no support from your colleagues and you are just on your own with the kids. Going downhill rapidly
I started here 6 months ago under the Sandcastle care banner. It felt like a great company to work for but that was soon to change. I’m currently earning less money (£10.67ph) than what Aspris are offering for new starters (£11.17 to £11.57).
