Following the Priory Group's acquisition by Waterland, Aspris was formed as a new standalone company within the Waterland Portfolio, with a dedicated focus on our existing UK children's services and Middle East operations.

Aspris is a world-class provider of independent specialist education and care services, currently operating 37 schools and colleges, as well as a network of children’s homes and a fostering agency in the UK for children and young people with a range of needs. This includes social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, an autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) and associated conditions. We also operate the first specialist school for children and young people with an autistic spectrum disorder and training institute in partnership with ADEK in the UAE. Our specialist services provide the highest quality of education and care in safe and nurturing environments in which children and young people aged 5 to 25 years can achieve the best possible outcomes.

Through our state-of-the-art wellbeing centres in the Middle East, we also deliver specialised and highly individualised care and support that transforms lives. Located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, our wellbeing centres provide specialist mental health treatment and additional services for adults and children within friendly, welcoming and modern environments.
