Receptionist/Administrative in London

Very busy work environment
Very busy work environment. Bad energy as you are dealing with a lot of people coming and complaining about something so very often as a receptionist you have to listen to people shouting at you over the phone and in person. Staff is nice and supportive. You can learn a lot. No one day is the same so you have to be dealing with different tasks every day.

High staff turnover
The company has a high staff turnover. I have observed this during my time at the company. The balance between work and life is not good. In addition, there is a higher work volume in the company. When I raised this with management they told me to speak with one of the Directors. That director was condescending and patronising and dismissed my concerns and said that I have stay after my working hours to finish any tasks for the day. This attitude is also reflected on some managers who work for the company. There are friends who still work for the company and enjoy working for it, but experience is completely opposite.I have spoken to friends and family and I have advised not to consider working for the company.

Stressful life
You need to have tough skin to work here. You are not appreciated and management constantly lie to you. You cannot trust anyone and there is visible discrimination, yet nothing is ever done about it.

Innovative and challenging
At learning is brilliant - weekly sessions with a GP to have training on specific topics to help you as a clinical prescriber. Sessions with Kahoot fun and informative !Access to GPs is okay however needs to improve Dr iQ is great app but has its flaws Expanding and great to work at.
Human Resources Assistant in Streatham, Greater London

Avoid at all costs.
Taken on as an apprentice position, but I was given absolutely zero support and zero training. There was a very toxic culture that tan throughout the veins of the company from top to bottom and this resulted in a very uncomfortable working environment. They have a poor reputation outside of the company and it’s not hard to see why.
