Learnt new things about providing a service for people with NFA.
Medical Receptionist (Former Employee) - London - 23 September 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedWhat is the best part of working at the company? The best part of working for ATMedics was providing a service for clients with NFA. The vision was unique and reached out to people who had complex needs. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Team work wasn't great, which hindered was could be achieved. The clinc I was based didn't have a great filling system ,so to locate clients past information was stressful. One particular, long standing employee was very rude and difficult to approach. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? As mentioned in previous question, the culture wasn't the best unfortunately. Team work was poor especially the other receptionist/admin and hesitate to pass on information and make new staff feel comfortable. What is a typical day like for you at the company? When I was working at Greenhouse AT Medics within the year I was there they lost the contract and the service went to ELFT Trust. So many changes was happening. However, a typical day would involve service user on arrival, inputting information on service use ,collecting data.Taking calls and more adim duties.

High staff turnover
Practice Pharmacist (Former Employee) - London - 30 January 2022
The company has a high staff turnover. I have observed this during my time at the company. The balance between work and life is not good. In addition, there is a higher work volume in the company. When I raised this with management they told me to speak with one of the Directors. That director was condescending and patronising and dismissed my concerns and said that I have stay after my working hours to finish any tasks for the day. This attitude is also reflected on some managers who work for the company. There are friends who still work for the company and enjoy working for it, but experience is completely opposite. I have spoken to friends and family and I have advised not to consider working for the company.
Pros
Training is the only good thing that the company provides.
Cons
The pay as well as the high work volume is not good.

Very busy work environment
Receptionist/Administrative (Former Employee) - London - 23 January 2022
Very busy work environment. Bad energy as you are dealing with a lot of people coming and complaining about something so very often as a receptionist you have to listen to people shouting at you over the phone and in person. Staff is nice and supportive. You can learn a lot. No one day is the same so you have to be dealing with different tasks every day.
Pros
Flexible working hours
Cons
Very stressful working environment

Stressful life
GP Receptionist (Former Employee) - London - 12 April 2021
You need to have tough skin to work here. You are not appreciated and management constantly lie to you. You cannot trust anyone and there is visible discrimination, yet nothing is ever done about it.
Pros
Learn a lot
Cons
Not appreciated at all

Avoid at all costs.
Human Resources Assistant (Former Employee) - Streatham, Greater London - 25 January 2021
Taken on as an apprentice position, but I was given absolutely zero support and zero training. There was a very toxic culture that tan throughout the veins of the company from top to bottom and this resulted in a very uncomfortable working environment. They have a poor reputation outside of the company and it’s not hard to see why.

Brilliant work place
HCA (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 16 June 2020
AT Medics has been a place where I have learnt a lot of valuable traits and skills. The environment is very engaging and there is an amazing team ethic. Everyone works together and helps to bring the best out of each other, maximising everyone's potential. The management are always available and willing to help with anything you may need at any time. The family atmosphere is something I haven't experienced so far in any work place, and the company is always willing to help further your career in any way they can.
