Improve sick pay as 14 days is not enough and nobody can live on ssp.train schedulers how to do their jobs properly

Was doing 60 hours a week first started doin 240 for the month was paid for 180!!!!. Then put on different payroll to a salary expected to still work 12, 11 hour shifts for a salary of 20,000. 6 days a week meant was workin for about a 5er an hour. Bully tactics used to get me into signin contract to be on salary, as after only 3 weeks was told they could not guarantee me 40 hours a week, new role new salary no new laptop or printer issued as told to fulfil role. Jus a cute clever tactic to utilise me cheaper for same work absolute scumbags

Never, usually get minimum wage and never any performance reviews whether you're a great worker or not, you get no recognition

Very Depressed thats why im on sick leave and you don't get any contact from manager to see how you are and what support if any they can give

Nice with the cleaners but stressful otherwise

Work environment is alright not the best but can cope with it , everyone is quite respectful it management can be rude most of the time they use there position and treat you like unfairly
