You need to take a look at how your people on the ground, the faces of your company are being treated, your cleaners and cleaning managers are completely neglected, managers in stores unable to take holidays at all, area managers frequently changing, I could go on about what needs to happen but it's pointless, just know if things don't change you will lose contracts.

In my case, it was poor. There are no managers or even directors who have a good understanding or background in M&E Services delivery. The new contract director's mentality was beyond words.
