Average
Apprentice Civil Engineer (Former Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 10 April 2019
Worked for Atkins for 3 years and it helped me develop as an individual and in a trade, it taught me a lot regarding life skills and job skills which I have taken with me into my next chapter. however Atkins failed to provide a progressive program for me therefore I left.

Good for technical development
Civil Engineer (Former Employee) - Bristol - 29 March 2019
Atkins provided some good opportunities for technical development. The general atmosphere at work was enjoyable and working long hours was actively discouraged. Management was otherwise reactive and weak. Communication was poor. Atkins is also very much behind the curve in terms of innovation (for example post-process automation).
Pros
Some good people work here
Cons
Some frustrations
