Worst job I've ever had
The job was straightforward, training was poor. No training in corrosive cleaning chemicals. The site was huge and only 1 male, one female cleaner on shift at one time which was too much for 2 to do. Very high staff turnover, I worked for only 3 months and within the time almost the whole team turned over.Management was poor, ignoring messages and seemed unwilling to listen to staff concerns.
