fast pace time is everything so make sore you got your running shoes on
I no longer work there but when I did it was hard work very fast pace . They say the team leaders are there to help you but in my experience they are all to busy to help anyone . so if you don't know what you are doing you never will. training what training ( there's your tool so get on with it ) they go on about quality but they don't know what it means, all you hear is faster faster got to hit targets , you are doing your job and they will move the caravan if you are finished or not, targets are everything . They have QA inspectors or that is what they call them don't know why they bother they don't stand a chance if production fall behind then quality go out the window because they have to get it out the door. You have directors/managers who have a lot of yes men (team leaders ) who only hear what they what to hear and the team leaders who only tell them what they what to hear, so why they talk an have meetings is beyond me. So if you don't mine fast pace and working without any help or training then it could be the place for you but if not I wouldn't bother.

One of the worst places ive worked
I was given no training at all but told I'd pick it up as I went along, and was then shouted out by the supervisor for not doing it right. The group I worked with were very cliquey, management was unprofessional and used to come into our office swearing and shouting if they'd had a difficult phone conversation. If your face fits you'd probably like it, mine didn't

Absolute Disgrace
Had three years at Atlas, on the whole the lads on the shopfloor are great apart from the snivelling a**e kissers who want to progress at all costs. Middle management is an absolute circus of people who couldn't do any of the jobs in the factory and have progressed by kissing the correct a**e. Very catty and playground like. Most workers have next to no skill and work quality is sub standard. New directorship have ruined a once good place to work. HR are in the company's pocket and are not partial at all, the HR officer is very inexperienced and doesn't handle situations at all well. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
