Rubbish support after intense training. Promise 9-5 but work in the eveningsAuditors are throwing work back so carry over each day. 1 will ask you to change bits then another to change it back

Supportive staff and fantastic pay, but you aren't going to be popular

The work is methodical and generally very manageable. There were targets of seeing 4x clients a day and this felt fairly manageable, and the staff I worked with were very supportive. However, many claimants are defensive, some outright hostile and it became increasingly hard for me to "admit" what job I did without feeling like an NHS traitor. You face either fits or it doesn’t

The job definitely isn’t as bad as a lot of people make out. The pay is fair and all the things you hear on social medial about what the nurses do aren’t true. The management aren’t great and aren’t very supportive. They constantly breathe down your neck for no reason
