from arriving at work the routine is fast paced to prepare food for breakfast and lunches for Audi staff members at the appropriate time. Ensure the work surfaces are cleaned to a high standard. Ensure stock is rotated and labelled on a daily basis. Good collegiality in workplace. Pressure to get everything ready but all staff pull together to ensure food ready for service on time. Recognition of efforts by management.

We work in a fast paced environment within our office. We deal with a list of almost 600 customers throughout the county and surrounding area and take over 300 calls on an average day. The staff here (myself included) take pride in their profession, experience and knowledge. Management within the business are friendly and supportive and offer their aid whenever possible.
Good bonus scheme, flexible holidays and working hours with a variety of shifts

I can honestly say i was sad to leave Audi. They were absolutely lovely. Everyone is friendly and hard working. Honestly, could not fault the management. They were incredibly accommodating and understanding and worked hard to help you if you needed it. It can get very busy but that is just part of the job!
Worst place I have ever worked in my life. Treated appallingly from not only customers but staff as well, if I could give no stars I would. Lack of responsabilty in the building and blame is passed from pillar to post. Told if you don't like the way things are then find another job. Management lie and manipulate their way out of any situation and dump on the little people. Service staff are just as rude and walk away with bonuses every month for what?treating co-workers with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. Staff turnover is massive but rather than take a look at why they just continue to bury their heads...while everyone else deals with mountains of complaints and aggressive customers for £7 an hour
