I have worked for Auto Trader UK for 4 years and have enjoyed every day. It is really a unique company and it is all down to the people and the culture that they have created. It can sometimes appear that the culture is something that "just happens" but this business has a clear strategy around it and continues to evolve it as it grows.
I am lucky to work on exciting projects with some brilliant people that have a "can-do" attitude and really care about our customers, each other, our communities and our industries.
I love strong debates and I feel that I am in an environment where it is ok to speak up especially when you have a different opinion. Thinking in a different way is a great way to create innovative products and services after all.
