The candidate experience is really important so the process will give everyone the chance to get to know the teams that they will be potentially working with as well as the role they will be doing. There is an online application usually followed by two stages of face-to-face assessments. Everyone meets a member of the executive team as part of one of the two stages.
The hiring process is really thorough and through it you get to meet lots of different people and get a true understanding of the role.
During my interview I spoke to the in-house recruiter, had an assessment which included a role-play, presentation and interview and then a final interview with one of the sales directors.
Everyone I met made me feel really comfortable and although it was an assessment I really enjoyed it!
