Good place to work
I work in the collections dept and love my job and the people I work with, they are friendly and kind people who will help with any problems you may have, the work can be repetitive at times but 99% of the time it's a different experience every day

Horrible company
Use you then drop you at a drop of a hat.dont get rewards for hard work unless your face fits. Horrible company to work for I was there 3 years worse job I ever had and it's a zero hour contract so they drop you when they feel like it and management haven't a clue and are useless.

High expectations to hit unrealistic targets
I loved working here when I first started the managers I had were all amazing but they were also undervalued just like the inbound staff. We were just a number to them they didn't care if the job was affecting you or your family life. They placed difficult targets when every call you got was a roll of the dice you didn't know what you were getting so you couldn't predict if you would hit your target, and if you didn't you wouldn't get your bonus. And then if you didn't hit every month they threatened to send you to a different department. But the members of staff in my team were great but the high management didn't care about anyone or anything but money they have a high turn over of staff because if this and lack of support for them and the teams management. If they respected their staff more they would have a dedicated group of people who would want to stay and progress and go the extra mile for the clients but because they don't and all your calls a time limited they don't care if your helping the client or making then feel comfortable and respected they just want you to get the call over and done with as quick as possible but then preach about putting the clients first.

Hard work no back up from management
It's a job but monthly in arrears so upto 8 weeks before you get paid. You have to clean cars from 1 client to next can take over an hour if the car is very dirty which if you have more then one or two makes working day difficult.
