I work in the collections dept and love my job and the people I work with, they are friendly and kind people who will help with any problems you may have, the work can be repetitive at times but 99% of the time it's a different experience every day
Mon to Fri
Pay could be better
Use you then drop you at a drop of a hat.dont get rewards for hard work unless your face fits. Horrible company to work for I was there 3 years worse job I ever had and it's a zero hour contract so they drop you when they feel like it and management haven't a clue and are useless.
Low pay cause of zero hour contract
Auxillis is a great place to work for managers are fantastic everyone is fun and pleasant happy to help and easy going very friendlyGreat activity days great and fun incentives all the staff make you feel at ease and it’s like being with your family
I loved working here when I first started the managers I had were all amazing but they were also undervalued just like the inbound staff. We were just a number to them they didn't care if the job was affecting you or your family life. They placed difficult targets when every call you got was a roll of the dice you didn't know what you were getting so you couldn't predict if you would hit your target, and if you didn't you wouldn't get your bonus. And then if you didn't hit every month they threatened to send you to a different department. But the members of staff in my team were great but the high management didn't care about anyone or anything but money they have a high turn over of staff because if this and lack of support for them and the teams management. If they respected their staff more they would have a dedicated group of people who would want to stay and progress and go the extra mile for the clients but because they don't and all your calls a time limited they don't care if your helping the client or making then feel comfortable and respected they just want you to get the call over and done with as quick as possible but then preach about putting the clients first.
Get to help the clients in a distressing time
High management/ team managers don't care about you
It's a job but monthly in arrears so upto 8 weeks before you get paid. You have to clean cars from 1 client to next can take over an hour if the car is very dirty which if you have more then one or two makes working day difficult.
maybe fuel card gets club card points
0 hours short days and long days
A stressful environment, the higher up the chain the more unpleasant, rude and unhelpful people are. Most managers couldn't run a bath never mind a team/department. Culture of you is a number not someone with a name. Training nonexistent, trainers not that good. IT doesn't have much of a clue and King arthur had better technology than Auxillis. Canteen poor unless hygiene is not your top priority and don't even think of having an opinion you'll just be seen as hard work and not a team player. AVOID
Leaving the entrance
Staff are great , floor management are great too ,, some up senior managers backsides but overall a decent atmosphere , company change the goalpost all the time , started with a decent bonus incentive, then they changed it told us it was uncapped, then if you made more than they expected you where thoroughly investigated and if your face didn't fit you where shown the door . Then they took the bonus of everyone , then furlough hitnis and we where told no job security
Staff and managers
Changing of rules everyweek
The area manager mr Towers was an excellent boss very kind and supportive I wish I had never left but I was there as a Valeter and car checker There were issues over car checks that caused me to fall out with drivers a#i am a perfectionist and do everything correctly and this took time
Great area manager
They need to change the manager at keynsham for instance mr towers would be great
Good place to work provided you enjoy driving. Variety and flexibility required and the ability to communicate effectively. Must also be able to work Saturdays as required.
working without close supervision
Can be long hours
Zero hour contract so not guaranteed amount of hours and sent home when there's no work without pay lots of extra paper work.over the years without extra pay or gratitude for employer
You drive new cars
Lack of appreciation for the work you do
The place has gone down hill!! Unrealistic targets that no one can achieve. Don’t think you’ll come here and get a bonus every month, it won’t happen! The staff are miserable as they are under so much pressure. The job itself is extremely difficult to get your head around. You are really not appreciated for the amount of work you do on a daily basis. If you fit into the click you’ll do fine otherwise you’ll be pushed out!
Would not recommend working here ever. Management are backstabbers, slag each other off then back each other up when something goes wrong. Worst company ever and favouritism is there strong point. The manager of Glasgow thinks he is untouchable when in reality he needs knocked off that High horse hes on. God knows how he got up on it anyways the little fatty.
Would be a nice place if certain people left and never came back. Job itself is made a lot harder due to poor management. Target driven company with little respect for the people at the very bottom. Staff - 6/10 Managers - 4/10 Pay - 7/10 Environment 3/10 AVOID
