Productive and busy workplace

Working at Avanade there was always a great buzz in the office and eagerness to ensure various departments worked well together for consistency. It was important to have good communications within the office as many colleagues were across the globe, which could impact working hours too.

They keep their promises

Every company sells themselves when they are trying to recruit staff, however, very few keep their promises an deliver on your expectations. Avanade has lived up to every ideal it promised and then some. Work is a fun, energetic place to work and you are rewarded for your hard work with plentiful treats and outside of work activities. Work hard play hard.

Completely depending on Accenture business. We are managed any Accenture even on the projects. Working from home - yes possible, but depends on the project.
