Professionalism and easygoing.

If you are not happy in your current place, they will find you another one that suits you and also the process is very simple. They helped me since September 2020 mid of Pandemic, and still in touch with them. Thank you for your support ones again.

They help you all the time when the management from the places you work don't listen you and that why I give 5 stars After you tell them about a problem you got, the problem was fixed straight away.

Avanta Care it is a good company!

Care Asistent In Nursing Home in England (Former Employee) - Dereham, England - 8 November 2020

In 2018 Avanta helped me move from my country, they helped me get the papers and be able to live and work legally in England. They gave me a some studies, courses and gave me a job. I have met many wonderful people, a new culture, I have started a new and happy life with the help of Avanta and have made friends for life. Although at this moment I no longer work with Avanta because I am relocating to Ireland, I confidently recommend it to everyone.Thank you very much for everything Avanta Care!My respect for your work!

They could not always relocate you, to the city you liked, because there were no free places.

Secure place to start your career

I had a good experience with Avanta Care. Any issues that I had were solved and they even helped me to relocate when I got into the university that was far from my original place of assignment. I have no complaints. However, I heard really bad stories about salaries, deductions, lies about positions or working hours. Maybe it was just due to bad communication, but I heard a lot of people complaining.

A huge challenge for me, but an amazing experience

It was my first experience in care. The training was very useful, job was exciting! I`ve learnt a lot about taking care and I developed unknown skills. The feed-back from the residents was absolutely incredible, which made me work easier and pleasant.

Nice workplace with great benefits and salary

I enjoyed working for this company for the whole year 2018 to 2019 because of their support in everything they do from relocation support,financial for accomodation and for the trainings and achievements that you can have with them. The salary was very good too after couple months and as long as you work more with the company you can grow continuosly and achieve whatever you want in life.The management was very supportive and i've had great time working for such company.

Good for start

Is good for a new start in UK, but after you start to work, they don't care to much about you. If you have a problem, nobody in your back. They don't care to keep the staff what they already have, they are ınterested to take it here more and more new people.

I really enjoyed my time working for Avanta. They found me a placement within days of contacting them. I worked with them for just over a year, before being offered a manager role at the care home. Avanta are the best!
