What is the best part of working at the company?Local to home and easy travel options What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Unpaid break and work load too much Feel under valued at times and pay is low What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Its average I guess Avery feel they pay a good wage but in reality it’s poor for a large company. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Good I guess Just get on with the work can only do what you can and the rest gets left for another shift

Pay could be better for the type of care home it is a premium home for the elderly standards are set high only problem I had was some people making trouble spreading rumours etc

Poor staff treatment

The managerial staff at Avery were terrible while I worked for the company, zero care for staff and guests over lockdown period.While I worked there as a chef, the kitchen was on the top floor, the air con was always broken and they always ignored our requests to fix it.
