A typical day at work involves testing and commissioning AV systems including DSP's, control processors, videoconferencing codecs and lighting systems. My co-workers are respectful and very proud of their quality of work. Direct management are fair and there is ample opportunity to learn and improve

Poorly managed and unorganised

The daily tasks were unpredictable and challenging, which made working there stressful. Things went downhill when the company was trying to complete too many projects at once and employed the wrong people. The office atmosphere wasn't pleasant, there were many people who were disrespectful and unfair to you. People were very demanding and there was little support available. Overall this company didn't treat me fair during my time there, I would not recommend working for this company.

Initially a great company, but downhill with management issues

A total restructure and rethink of management required. A working business platform needs to be implemented across the company as a whole.Part-time 'managers' need to be gone! Over committed of projects, lead to under achieveing a deliverable.

Good Av company

Good company to work for, out of the 3 I have worked for they are by far the best as an employer. The opportunity to advance or relocate is there. The largest AV company in the US has now started taking over the rest of the world!
