Lack of support

I briefly worked at Avro in 2018, the calls are all from customers or potential customers. Most calls are from annoyed or angry customer, not good. Working hours are good Monday to Friday 9-5.30 no weekends. I found the amount of angry /rude calls out weighed the good. Huge amount of emails that cannot be dealt with as no time between the calls. Hopefully things have improved since I left.

Pants

Run you into the ground, then put you into administration. Lie to all the staff. Look down on you. If your face don’t fit you’ll be out Bad management, rubbish holiday allocation and long hours

Great company to work for. Friendly hours are really good.

enjoyable work you felt you were helping customers. Really enjoyed the team boss was great. I really enjoyed it though they have had some thought times but would recommend it.

Fantastic office and great people

Soooo......Having never worked in the energy business before, Apprehensive was an understatement, However, As soon as you meet the team and settle in you will understand why people do enjoy working here. From day one I was made to feel welcome and quickly got into the swing of things. Progression is there if you are committed and want to get on. Hours are great and overtime is available if you want it. Company has grown massive amounts in the 2 and a bit years I’ve been there, Yet it still has the same family feel and everyone helps each other and support is always available.

Fantastic Work Environment

I’ve worked here for a few years and always felt very well supported and happy in my role. The company has really looked after the employees during a very difficult time in Covid and we are so lucky to keep our jobs. I have to disagree with some of the the reviews on here, yes you have targets to hit (as you would in any role) and you are well supported and encouraged. The hours of work are great, you have all your weekends and bank holidays free! I’ve made a lot of great friends since working here and find it a lovely environment to work in. I love the role and would recommend it to all my friends and family. The job has been great for my mental health
