Hard fast paced environment
Fun but hard work, work life balance can be demanding and the environment can seem unprofessional but that’s holiday parks as I was told. Your love it or hate it

Most people that work there can get no other job or don’t think it could be that bad They soon find out it isManagers all swear at you and treat you like poo
Pool Lifeguard/Bartender in Newquay, Cornwall

Terrible
I worked there for a year and hated every moment of it. This workplace is like eastenders everyone is fighting for their rightful place. Constant backstabbing and bickering instead of getting work done which explains why there is such a high staff turnover
Food and Beverage Assistant in Sandy Balls
on 5 July 2022
Underappreciated
Job can vary vastly depending on which manager is on shift. Long hours and hard work for what feels like little recognition from higher ups. Colleagues were great and location is beautiful.
