Preparing for the day ahead starts as soon as you get up i.e. appropriate dress. Not being late is important for me and the schools. The enjoyable part and the hardest part of the job is ensuring that you engage with the children/young people within the boundaries outlined by the teacher within the rules, regulations, and policy of the class and the school.Finally, I learned that each school is unique which is reflected in the culture of the school.
