Project Manager in Paddington, Greater London

productive
I found the company easy to work alongside others in different roles. There was a relaxed and rewarding atmosphere amongst the workforce, however they relocated the head office from Vauxhall to Stratford.

Hurrendous place to work
I worked for axis Europe a few years back, Axis are and always will be the worse company to work for , when they say Europe they are not Europe but mainly based in london repairing bus shelters, they then decided to branch out into the midlands working within the housing repairs sector, their attitude towards a work/personal life is abysmal. They dont care about your safety or asbestos awareness. Pros : They pay every week The money is mediocre Pay for a Christmas meal Ongoing work whether self employed or PAYE Cons: The management are clicky and everyone within the company at a higher level are all related one way or another. Health and safety is a joke and they only care about the repair. No sick pay Blame culture Disgraceful office staff Expected to work overtime at the drop of a hat They dock your wages without pre warning. Incase of a vehicle accident they charge you one thousand pound excess, take the money but dont repair the vehicle. Too much travelling with time added to the job. Higher managment are liars. They take on apprentices use them as labour and release them when they have passed their NVQs so they dont have to pay their salary and not the government.

Avoid
Avoid at all
Costs. They claim to value staff but they honestly don’t. Shambles. Site team are good and a few decent contractors however I would not recommend
Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Croydon, Greater London

The singular worst company I have set foot in including my time spent in retail as a teenager working minimum wage
1. They lied about my terms of employment to the point of taking a pay cut for training they would provide.
2. The training never happened and was now all of a sudden dependent on a director who I have seen 2 times in my employment and never had a conversation with or anything of the sort?
3. So called “axis values” are not followed by their own management
