I enjoy working at B&M it’s fast paced and hard work at times People are lovely who I work with. Progression is easy if wanted. I get a decent amount of contracted part time hours to make it worthwhile to me.Takes a while to get to know where things are, but everyone is helpful. Benefits are good you get 10% discount

Most of management is fine, but younger members of staff were bullied to quit by one of them. Overall it was an alright place to work, laidback at times but stressful when it got extremely busy.

They make you work in the warehouse all ok your own and not looking after you or checking up on you at all.....they rather sit in the office and do nothing...I would not recommend to anyone to suffer like that

No 2 days are the Same working For B&M home stores. We have a great team working along side each other on all departments. All staff are kind, friendly and helpful. This is a fast pace place work environment with jobs to do daily across all departments. I enjoy serving our customers and definitely seeing regulars. our customers service team make the day great at the front end. I haven't been in the company long and I've gone from a temporary till staff to customer service supervisor within 5 month. There are always opportunities for staff to progress and go further within their careers should they wish to.
