Order Picker (Former Employee) - Runcorn - 28 May 2023
Some managers don’t have a clue what they’re doing, I spoke to someone for 20 seconds and got my job threatened. There are good days but it mainly feels like a prison. Even Amazon would be a better place to work at
Pros
Free parking, possible leaving work early
Cons
Break isn’t long enough. Managers don’t care about anyone

Easy workplace, good people work with
Warehouse Operative / Order Picker (Former Employee) - Middlewich - 6 March 2023
Easy workplace, good people work with, they pay 3 GBP for your meal. You need to be able to carry up to 25KGs but it isnt that hard. You work with low level order picker trucks which makes everything much easier.
Pros
Free lunches up to 3GBP, extra payment during rush hours
Cons
non paid breaks, only 1 break

Like any other.
Order Picker (Former Employee) - Liverpool - 15 January 2023
Minimum wage, minimum effort. Overtime paid at silly rates. You gave to do a target every day, but it's not hard to achieve. Weekend shifts, rotation shifts.
Pros
Easy job
Cons
Minimum wage
