Good but could have been perfect

Good company to work for, good management. The only issue is there is no overtime pay till date, no sick pay and no incentives.Been here now for more than a year and overall quite pleased with the work apart from the aforementioned issues.

The management is not very helpful, the salary is average, you can do a lot of overtime, but the salary is not higher. Higher pay is for night shift work.

Easy going, steady.

It’s a decent company to work for, some of the only cons to b&m are : giving long runs on early working week shifts then towards the end of the week getting sent to the canteen as a spare making it almost impossible to earn extra money for overtime as your hours are banked. Overweight pallets are an issue.
Pros
Food and phone allowances £10 per shift worked, various shift patterns with various start time to tailor the drivers needs.
Cons
Won’t let you exceed your contracted hours. Overweight pallets.
