If you were in charge, what would you do to make BMW Group a better place to work?

6 answers

  • listen to the employees more

  • Make certain that all flooring in assembly was more comfortable to work on

  • Better interaction and less back-stabbing office politics.

  • New incentives for employees ie employee of the month!

  • Cut down on managers as there is no reason for 6 in one dealership. Put wages up from minimum wage. Treat staff with some respect. Train each member of staff to carry out 2 types of jobs so if short staff in 1 area they can pull from another to help out

  • Involve the line workers in more of the decisions being made, for example assisters that are being replaced and used daily by those line workers. Making sure that the improvements are being made and not just downgrading resulting in a massive waste of money and the job becoming unnecessarily harder.
