A good and bad place to work
BP will take care of you and offer you a lot but it is hard to see that due to no communication from managers, no proper training coming from higher ups in store makes it hard to progress and the wrong people managing makes it even harder, it is a good company to work for filled with the wrong people in charge and maybe that will never change.

Absolutely no care for you
You are thrown into a deep end the minute you begin and have unrealistic expectations put on you on day 1. There is no people management in this company only profit profit profit. They expect you to ignore health and safety regulations to get the job done and will hide behind city FM explaining they try to fix things yet their own contractors will use electrical devices including mobile phones nex...

Great workplace and supportive teams
The work can be learned easily but requires some time to get a hang of all that is required.Overall,it's not difficult or hard to do the job if you enjoy a customer facing role.

Not a great place to work
Wouldn’t work here. Managers will schedule you in on days you’ve previously told them you cannot work, holiday requests will be ignored. They demand a lot off them employees but treat them as expendable and with little respect.
