What is the interview process like at Babcock International?

9 answers

  • Interview with senior managers within the region, a shadow day followed by Maths & English assessments. It feels relaxed to the applicant but the reality is that it's being closely monitored with all participants reporting back to a manager. If you are applying bear this in mind.

  • Extensive and quite pressurized.

  • Intimidating like a murder trial

  • Good, easy process as compared to other interviews I have experienced

  • Instructive

  • It wasn't to bad the manger was a very nice chap and made me feel at ease, witch made the interview a lot easier not having to stress yourself out

  • You only get a job if you are related or friends with gaffers

  • Non-existent in my case - arrived as a result of an acquisition.

  • A relaxed but formal process where you will be interviewed by a manager and a team specialist.
