Interview with senior managers within the region, a shadow day followed by Maths & English assessments. It feels relaxed to the applicant but the reality is that it's being closely monitored with all participants reporting back to a manager. If you are applying bear this in mind.

It wasn't to bad the manger was a very nice chap and made me feel at ease, witch made the interview a lot easier not having to stress yourself out
