The role is great, its a shame their is zero training, you must work with someone and use their hand written notes for guidance. I had some peoples notes differ from others for the exact same thing, when questioning this, you come off as the bad guy. They pay very low wages to their staff and recruiting newer staff at a slightly higher level (5k more, but still rubbish), this caused lots of conflict and people don't want to show you as "you get paid more". low pay, zero paperwork or manuals, staff can be difficult to work with as you are the burden. it's a good place and the work was great, just the other issues mentioned above.

Slow paced and lazy

If you have good work ethics, take pride in your work, and don’t enjoy sitting around for 7 hours, avoid this company because you won’t be happy, I simply couldn’t fit in, but did meet some amazing people, and in all fairness and I planned sickness allowance is the normal average expected.
