Fun
Really good place to work. I have been working here for a long time now and I find it fantastic. Very good atmosphere and all the employees are amazing.
Regional Trainer in Home Based

Very stressful
I worked a Regional Trainer in Health and Social Care. Other staff were great and supportive but changed often as well as the management. Didn't feel like we were valued and a lot was demanded including evening work to meet the deadlines because the travelin was taking away much needed admin time. OK when you don't have children but otherwise undoable.

No appreciation or work/life balance
This company believe in using a stick rather than a carrot. They are very KPI driven. Individual people are lovely. Case loads are very high as staff don't stay.

Job description does not match the reality off what actually is expected from employees.
Extremely stressful with no support. Unrealistic expectations regarding workload, targets and KPIs. Management are very much dictators. Constantly increasing expectations and workload.Very unhappy working environment.
