Very stressful
Regional Trainer (Former Employee) - Home Based - 21 December 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI worked a Regional Trainer in Health and Social Care. Other staff were great and supportive but changed often as well as the management. Didn't feel like we were valued and a lot was demanded including evening work to meet the deadlines because the travelin was taking away much needed admin time. OK when you don't have children but otherwise undoable.
Pros
Good salary, good mileage
Cons
Changing management, long hours

Job description does not match the reality off what actually is expected from employees.
Hospitality Trainer (Current Employee) - Newtownabbey, County Antrim - 11 August 2022
Extremely stressful with no support. Unrealistic expectations regarding workload, targets and KPIs. Management are very much dictators. Constantly increasing expectations and workload. Very unhappy working environment.
Pros
Holidays at Christmas
Cons
ridiculous targets, no support. All job perks have been taken away

Trainer positionsSupportive work place.
Trainer/Assessor (Current Employee) - HMS Sultan, Hampshire - 28 June 2022
I've only been here a little while but I feel very supported from the management and colleagues. The pay for the area is well above average. The job itself comes with a steep learning curve but it is a challenging and rewarding job.
