Just strange

I don't feel like my role has any impact. Management do not practice what they preach. For a business that promotes life long learning they don't want to learn anything new. Systems and process are old and outdated which makes everyone else life more difficult. The area of apprenticeships was a new area for this company and their lack of experience and CRM system showed their inexperience. Unless you want to trawl through yellow pages and have no direction with your role then I would avoid this company.

I do not recommend becoming a course coordinator/LEA or enrolment officer with Back2Work unless you have a good sales back ground and thrive in a target based environment.
