Badham Pharmacy Ltd Employee Reviews

The Badhams care very little about their staff and will employ as few people as possible in each branch. So when sickness does strike, the branch is chaotic and understaffed. Gossip culture and very unprofessional whereby dispensers look down their noses at medicine counter staff. Often undermined by managers in-front of customers which is very humiliating. Don’t even get me started on the wages. Awful company.

Good teamwork, fair paid and fair shift, it is productive, there are trainings available for all levels of staffing, only thing is when cover is required it’s hard, specially at busy times as bank Holidays as there are more branches opening. But it’s nice to see this company growing over the years. Always happy to keep customers happy, feela appreciated and there are profit and attendance bonus.

Not a great experience

Avoid!! Got bullied out my job by another staff member, raised my issues with HR, sent over emails and had phone calls but nothing was done about it making me having to leave. Made me mentally Ill with stress working here, felt very let down as enjoyed working here at first until this experience.

Amazing Workplace

Have worked here for over 8 years and there isn’t a bad word I can say. The busier shops are much more rewarding and even though they are fast paced they are quite easy to manage. Great management, great staff and brilliant directors.

I have worked for Badham Pharmacy for over 3 years, including the "Covid years"The company is very customer focused and does its best to support its local communities.It is a company that if you do your job well the management look after you well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend or family member.

I would NOT recommend working for Badham Pharmacy. They are GREEDY MONEY GRABBERS who care only about making a profit & opening new branches. They think they can run a successful business by stretching staff. ZERO room/encouragement for personal growth.
