The future seems positive with more upcoming activities, support within staff receiving a great amount of training.
To start with everyone was nice then the minute u didn't wanna do breakfast and say u would prefer to get the residents up the knives come out. Don't tell employees what they are doing wrong need to improve in communications between management and staff
Not sure, just know they want to make lots of money, but do not re-invest it in the residents comforts, or staffing.
