I have worked with Baltimore Consulting for just over 4 years now and have been very thankful for the level of support and guidance given to help profressional and personal growth. We have a very caring culture and a real team ethos to support one another. Consultants work hard to ensure results and are rewarded with many different benefits such as lunch clubs, high street vouchers, gym lunches, additional time off and also time bank - which allows staff to take additional time off to do "life admin" ensuring work life balance. We have a competitive commission structure here in Baltimore and arguably one of the best I have seen in recruitment.

Work for baltimore!!!

Baltimore Consulting is different to any other recruitment company i have ever worked for. It's like a family. No big egos! The working relationships are so easy. From the minute you walk through the door for the first time, it feels like you've been there for years with how lovely everyone is. Every single person is welcoming, supportive and friendly, encouraging you to do the best you possibly can! Not to mention how fun and relaxed the environment is also which is equally as important! The benefits at Baltimore Consulting are amazing! Working from home is an option should you need it, 4'o clock finish on a Friday and the option to have an extra half hour on your lunch to go to the gym :-) Its my fourth month with the company, and i couldn't be happier!! Best move i made!!

Awesome incentives, flexible hours, fun environment, great down to earth management, the list goes on.

I cant think of any.

Inspiring and Inclusive

Baltimore Consulting truly is an incredible place to work. The leadership team are not only inspiring but have your best interests at heart, working with the employees at the forefront of everything they do. There is an impressive focus on wellbeing and I continually feel well looked after; they really have got the work-life balance down to a tee. The benefits and training programme is amazing and inclusive of the back-office team as well which is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in the recruitment industry.

Associate Director

Baltimore Consulting offers a mature and flexible working environment which is refreshing within the industry as a whole. For individuals looking to progress, Baltimore provides clear and achievable career progression and an excellent continual training & development programme as investing in staff is paramount to the consultants and teams overall success. Baltimore is a hardworking and friendly environment; which is solutions focussed and has a supportive and experienced team who are always willing to help. Everybody in recruitment knows that the effort you put in should result in an attractive salary and at Baltimore on offer is an uncapped commission structure and very generous incentives for individuals that over achieve. Its a great place to work surrounded by high achieving billing consultants and I would recommend working at Baltimore to anyone looking for that next step in their career.

Encouraging and engaging workplace

Baltimore is not the typical recruitment company. It's grounded whilst still being fun. The work relationships here are easy, everyone is supportive and understanding as well as motivating. There's no pressure for work to take over the rest of your life, just encouragement to do the best you can in the office and beat your own personal bests. The standard benefits are great as well as the incentives and the commission structure is one of the best I've seen. There are great events, lots of charity work and early finishes on Friday's don't hurt either!

Work life balance - nailed!

Baltimore is a breath of fresh air when it comes to work life balance. Hours are sensible, not having to stay late to be seen to be 'working hard' 4pm finish on a Friday and earlier if you've done a deal that week 😊 Home working is also available, which also helps create that balance In the office, the people are just great, no big ego's, just colleagues who are great at their jobs and enjoying their roles. A typical day starts at 8.30 and finishes at 5.30, with an hour for lunch. Benefits, incentives and commission are also really good.
