Bam FM are a sinking ship, anyone who works there with common sense (not many, which is largely the problem) is leaving. They are so desperate for staff they’ll employ anyone!

Lose any pride or dignity you once had, basically give up on life.

Tbh I felt dirty, and disgusted that I had hit rock bottom working for such a shambles of an outfit.

Basically you have to be certified dead to get anything at all and even then they will harass you.

None whatsoever.

Nothing at all and tbh with the shoddy work they do it’s just as well really.

Yes and no - the frontline support roles which are dictated by contractual service delivery are less flexible. The support function roles are more open to flexibility. There is a real focus on output and ensuring the company gets the best from it's employees.

They have used Covid as an excuse to treat staff worse than ever, managers have worked from home which means they’ve been uncontactable and done absolutely nothing. The HR department continue to be totally useless also.

They always have revolving doors, usually employing the dregs of the industry on low pay and when staff realise what a shambles things are they leave. The dead wood who wouldn’t survive at a decent company remain and continue to do sub standard/dangerous work.

Tbh I felt dirty, and disgusted that I had hit rock bottom working for such a shambles of an outfit.

Bam make a days work last you a week at a snails pace.
