A lot of work and very little reward
Recruitment Resourcer (Former Employee) - London - 27 May 2020
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedCan't compete with other recruitment agencies who offer decent salaries plus uncapped commission; poor salaries and a laughable bonus structure are all you'll get. Very rigid in terms of rewarding creative solutions to problems. Not a huge amount of training is offered but enough to get you started. Encouraged to hire candidates who would be laughed out of the interview room any other day. Operates like a call centre.

Their recruitment team is very inexperienced. You will have to keep chasing them, and still, will take montsj for you to start working. Not recommended.

Do not bother applying.
Bank Clerk (Former Employee) - Portsmouth, Hampshire - 29 April 2022
This company has no Complaint Procedures. I went to the top to complain. Ultimately they ignore the Contract agreed and signed. Make up stuff and vociferously tell you you will not get what's in the Contract. I did. Then left.
Pros
Working with brilliant patients and nursing staff.
Cons
The Bank Partners agreeing one thing with you. Then denying it.

Report them!
Receptionist (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 22 May 2020
By far the worstest agency bank partners truly is, the senior management people who got lucky and have senior roles will shake your hand and will attack you with the other hand. its emotionally sad you have to choose them if you want to work in healthcare because it’s the only popular agency otherwise you don’t have no choice...
The registration is abuse to employees and what’s more disgraceful is, they deliberately made it intense difficult for you to pass the registration so you don’t become successful unless you get lucky, it just show how pathetic they truly are as an organisation if you put some thought to it. They have too much double standards for Recuritment for nothing, of course because it’s maintain by the most sinister disgusting selfish people in the kingdom so it will be.
Honestly, I never went through such bizzare Recuritment stage, where they give you 3 attempts for a test or make you go through questionable recruitment stages it’s so top to bottom unfair for employees. Like seriously it’s way too deep breathing!
I understand you have to pass some sort of test for health and safety and other things if needed but the fact they made it over challenging, as an employer they wouldn’t even help you pass the test so you could start working but other organisation atleast they do help you pass the test and it shows they value the employees and serious about them unlike bank partners don’t have double standards with predjuice policy to succum you off.
bank partners this milk company will decit you through Recuritment with double standards so you lose yourself -

Official response from Bank Partners
21 October 2020Hi there, We’re sorry you feel that you’ve had a bad experience with Bank Partners. You’re right to say that our registration process is thorough, consisting of training, compliance checks and competency tests which will vary depending on the role applied for. As I’m sure you can understand, this is so we can ensure that each worker we recruit onto one of our staff banks is of the appropriate quality to ensure patient safety at all levels, from administrators to surgeons and from HCAs to senior hospital staff. If you would like to discuss this further, please do contact us on info@bankpartners.co.uk and our team will be in touch regarding any specific feedback you have. The Bank Partners team
Productive and good for experience
Medical Laboratory Assistant (Former Employee) - Royal London Hospital - 19 April 2020
Busy work place and working in a fast paced laboratory environment. Working in the blood science reception was typically rewarding as you get to work with diverse members of staff from different backgrounds and processing different specimens coming in for processing
Pros
Good shift patern
Cons
Not enough shift per week

Disgusting
Medical Receptionist (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 11 April 2020
By far the worst agency in U.K sadly its the only agency you have to reliy on if you needing work in healthcare but it’s very backstabbing
The management are beyond selfish people and dose not support you with employment. It’s maintain by ghettos, they keep on saying with thing and another, the management itself makes this aggravating experience, you get withdrawn on you’re application unfairly and out poor judgement by these incompetent people who just sits on a screen and click few buttons for authority but will act like you asked for bank card.

Good place go work
Bookings Coordinator (Former Employee) - London - 11 February 2020
Good place to work especially for students, out of hours is good as can be flexible. Nice team environment. Can be quiet at times but also can become fast paced and a little stressful but nothing anyone can’t handle as there’s a good system in place

Jobs at Bank Partners
Poor Treatment
Ward Assistant (Current Employee) - Moorfields - 6 January 2020
Bank Partners do not help their candidates at all. They allow moorefeild management to treat them poorly. Its hard to find a new positions with Bank Partners they do not update you or help in your job search. There is never anyone in the office to deal with any enquiries and they constantly refer to their website which isn't candidate friendly.
By far one of the worst temp agencies

No Pay advancement, Promotion or Incentives
Business Support Administrator (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 9 May 2019
After years of service, there is no incentives what so ever! You can only side step and transfer to a different team (slight increase in wage or less - yes, you read that right, or less! They will decrease your salary if you move into a lower paying role despite passion to work in the field). Salary is below what you'll find in the industry. Work environment is like a retail environment, not an office environment at all. So please I implore you to avoid!
Pros
Ted Fridays
Cons
Ridiculously low pay, false incentives regarding promotion aspect before joining.

Horrible company. Low pay, lazy administrators
Associate (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 11 April 2019
HR unavailable, rude and not sorting problems.
Managers unavailable, receptionists available who know nothing but they call themselves bank partners associates when they role is receptionists dutes. It's a joke. No contracts allow them to get rid off people straight away. They always advirtise for new reqruits so they don't bother with old one. Bad company. Lack of respect to staff.

Avoid
Bank partners agency staff (Former Employee) - Nhs sites - 19 June 2018
Bank partners agency has become so poor it's unbelievable. They never pick up your call or respond to any of your emails. When they do finally pick up after calling over 5x including staying on the line for another 5 minutes they're no help what so ever. They're lazy and cant assist or do their job right! When I first joined with them 2 years ago they wasn't so bad but now you're lucky if you even get an answer from them! Avoid avoid avoid

Not the best working environment
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - King's Cross, Greater London - 30 January 2018
There was a lot of pressure for a very small team to hit team targets. Management was very poorly run and I felt that the team had no support with everyday issues that we faced and we had to make decisions based on our own knowledge to try and overcome the issues. There was no work/balance life during my time here and I felt that management were not understanding of my outside work life.
Pros
Friendly and supportive team colleagues
Cons
Salary, location

Shambles of an organisation
Radiographer (Current Employee) - Uclh - 10 April 2017
Poorly organised.
Will drop you at a moments notice to save the trust 5p irrespective of your skills or qualifications.
Avoid at all costs.
I would advise sticking with your agency.
These guys are some sort of pseudo agency/umbrella company for UCLH.
