What is the work environment and culture like at the company?

I found the Blackpool branch of bannatynes is a great place to work. Busy, modern, relaxing salon which clients leave to salon feeling pampered, laughing, up-lifted by staff's professionalism yet down to earth , fun approach. It was rewarding to witness that you have done a great job, been apart of a fab team, good manager of the beauty spa whom is genuine, what you see is what you get, approachable, fun, professional individual, a good leader & mentor and worker. Even though you get a busy day, you leave work feeling its been a good day, you've done your job right. You have good banter with colleagues, lots of laughter with clients and staff. The girls work together as a experienced, knowledgeable great team, they really do. You enjoy working with your colleagues and enjoy each day and that's because it is well led and good support by the beauty manager and good friendly team support. All in all, a great atmosphere, great work ethic.

The work environment is not very good i worked there for 3 years and other staff are rude and back stabbing management dont know what todo and favour other staff people in charge shoudnt be

I thoroughly enjoy working at Bannatyne. The support and opportunity to progress is second to none!!! Having progressed from part time (2012) to Fitness Manager (2016) in under 5 years I can vouch heavily for this.

Happy and upbeat friendly environment however yas you are on reception you do need to know that members can be a little stern with colleagues and yourself due to certain complaints and issues with the parking situation.

The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone supports each other and is always happy to help.
