A lot to be worked on as management is disconnected from the staff workforce with agency the go too solution for the staffing shortages experienced within the home at Fairview.

The Barchester 5 values mean absolutely nothing. Management cant even take the time to acknowledge you! Bullying,victimisation and threats is just the tip of the iceberg. If you work here your mental health will be effected and stress levels will be through the roof.Without a doubt the worst working environment Ive ever experienced!!!

Residents and families were wonderful people
Cons
incapable management, no support, no communication skills, slanderous and derogatory name calling.
