I worked in Arbour court last year. All I can say is that it was a useful experience for me from a practical and personal perspective.I want to praise the Home manager L**a. She was kind to me and fair. Likewise, the head of the Unit C***a. He respected me as a person before my work.Regarding work, there are good things and negative things. There is a preference for people over others, and this is unacceptable. From a financial standpoint, the wages must be considered.Above all I liked it over there and I enjoyed it

Great place to work. Staff are respectful and friendly. Management is also supportive and treats everyone fairly. I would recommend to anyone looking for an RGN role.
