Does Barclaycard require pre-employment background checks? What kind of background check does Barclaycard do and how long does it take to complete?

They did a dbs check for me, and then they asked me to fill in a pre screening questionnaire and they questioned every little thing. Like why did i say i had 6 gcses when on my certificates they could see more than 6? I explained it was because the other grades were d’s and not classed as passes. My advice is be as truthful as you can, and you can make mistakes. I.e i got ny dates wrong at college, and they asked me why, and i explained it was just a small mistaje on my part. If you just explain yourself as truthfully as possible they will be okay. And dont lie. Believe me the college i attended had closed down, and they found out how to verify my course details!
