Online, few stages on the phone and face to face.
I was hired through a recruitment agency.
Applied online, went through a online assessment and found that I passed. After 2weeks received a phone call interview which I also passed and on the same day did a video interview and 2 days later another phone call offering the job. I found it very interesting and original.

Recruitment agency called GIANT
Giant is a company who would contact you first through phone or email and then you would have to take part in a online interview. once that is completed you can proceed to barclays screening test where they will ask you for your previous payslips etc to prove your previous work experience if there is one. The next stepwould be that you will start getting trained in barclays by one of the colleagues until you feel confident enough to go on the tills yourself.
