Horrible place to work.

Absolutely and unequivocally the single worst company I have ever worked for. I can not think of a single good thing I could say about this company or the management. They will find any way they can to not pay you the rate quoted and promise hours of work that never appear. Zero hour contracts and no security or support at all.

A typical day at work is hassle free and responsible at the same time . The work is manageable and I learnt to be more conscious and dutiful. The hardest part of the job according to me would be having to spent long hours at shift . The most enjoyable part of the job is to meet new people who are more experienced in the field and provide the best of my services

Horrible experience working for them. I stopped working for them about 2 months and still waiting for my money. I've contacted them many times, emails and calls, but they keep saying since April that I'll receive my money "next month". Over two months now and still no money. Also, whilst I worked for them, the communication with their team was poorly and they seem like they don't care about their employees. They just want you to work many hours and to get lits of money from their clients. AVOID WORKING FOR THIS RUBBISH COMPANY!!!

Flexible work but not paid well

Lots of jobs in different sectors. Most aren't paid well. But it's fully flexible and you get paid correctly and on time so no complaints. You can be hired as permanent staff if the client likes you so they try to move you around.

Lack of management

Poor management, lack of communication between staff and managers. Taken ages to move to Mitie even though it was a screening company. Pay is horrible, and the job is not flexible only they’re shifts and they don’t tel you in advance. Most likely to call you at 6am to say you have a shift on that day.

Bardwoods are a support services there really need to sort out there control room as no communication between there managers and control room. Always pay on time there make it hard for taking holidays seem to always have plenty of work my 3 months with them was OK no problems.

Good experience, special for those who just begin in security industry;they give you change and have patience with you; good opportunity to change different sites ,always they have jobs for you ,also the good thing about them is that :if you leave the company for little while, when you comeback u welcome. So in conclusion I do recommend to work for this company

Like every work place, has its good and bad days. Places l'm put to work at, l do and have met awesome people. Can't really say much about management. I enjoy working as a security officer cause every day is a learning process.

my review of this is company is npt good no organisation at bookiing is dreadfully uncooperative unnoperational based in India call center company based in Essex no calls to see how your settling in they are unorganised change management like Accounts Manager but don't tell staff like me as I need to know who I'm.dealing with if aby issues charge there clients thousands of pypounds ponds

i am so happy working in the court.my experience at work is when customers are coming in to court we have to talk to them in a polite way.we make sure that they are properly search and scan before we can allow them into the premises.

If you want feedback, I will give your feedback truely. To be honest bardwood, the job is fine, the work is fine. But they pay rubbish. We should be getting paid minimum £14 an hour.
