We offer two programmes that are most suitable to people with an Armed Forces background. However, if neither is the exact fit, then take a look around our website for more options. Armed Forces Transition Programme Work on-site and become an Assistant Site Manager within (approximately) 12 months. Sponsored Degree Programmes Achieve a BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying alongside a hands-on role learning day-to-day, relevant skills. This programme isn’t specific for ex-Armed Forces personnel, but is well-suited to your background and you are encouraged to apply.
